Like a brilliant star. Like our perfect sun. Our sun is the perfect distance from our planet earth. It is the perfect energy. You don’t have to do anything. It just works. Perfectly. It rises every day and goes to work and it gives us incredible lifegiving energy every day. You are that light!

Our brains are Light Energy that shows up all day every day. No battery required and certainly, no buttons or screens. Like our sun your brain just works. Perfectly.
How do our brains do this? The amazing brain is made up of neurons, individual cells, like the rest of the body. The neurons have dendritic spines: tiny branches on each neuron that receive information from other cells. The neurons not only grow, but they can regenerate if damaged. And the brain has what scientist call plasticity: the neural network can reshape as we learn.

Also remember that your brain has a secret. It loves to look for something new. It doesn’t like the same thing, thinking the same thing day after day. Your brain will still do it. But that is not the true energy stream for your brain.
The energy – the light – for your brain will help you every step of the way. Especially when you are free. Drop the tech device and you will see that it will lose all its power. You will be free to reset, reregulate, refresh your brain. You will feel yourself glitter like the diamond you are.
